The cat arrived safely back from the Flongfling dimension! Lovely. I knew that if I left some catnip in the tulip garden, the problem would sort itself out.

Next time you try and open up a transdimensional portal in the background, make sure the neighbour's cat is not lurking in the tulip garden.

At least the Flongfling dimension has lovely weather this time of year. I'm sure the cat will get along fine until I figure out a way to get him back.
